What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?


The ideal candidate will be responsible for the entirety of the sales process from lead generation to lease execution.

Responsibilities (but not limited to):

– Be knowledgeable about the product

– Conduct initial sales call via phone call or Zoom (video call)

– Identify prospective customers, lead generation, and conversion

– CRM Management

– Email and Calendar Management

– Coordinate electronic delivery of leasing documents

– Process and qualify new applications

– Maintain and update spreadsheets/trackers



– Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail

– Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)

– Proficient customer service (interpersonal and follow up skills) for effective interaction with prospects, employees, and other business contacts

– Ability to apply sales skills (generating sales leads, qualifying prospects, and closing)

– Can anticipate and overcome objections with prospects

– Experience with property management software preferred but not required


Job Requirements:

– Flexible schedule: Ability to work during prime sales hours to include evenings and weekends – Central time zone

– Must have a reliable internet connection with backup

– Must have a working laptop/PC (i3 or i5 core processor, 8GB RAM at least or something equivalent)

– Must have a noise-cancellation headset
