What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

Tackle is a fast-growing B2B Saas company, dedicated to helping our customers establish and grow their revenue streams through the hyperscale Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM/RedHat).  Tackle’s platform makes it possible for our customers to leverage the Marketplaces, without needing significant Engineering resources and we make it easier for those customers to manage, maintain and scale their Marketplace businesses as they grow.  As part of that journey, Tackle becomes a trusted advisor to many different stakeholders within our customers’ organizations:  Sales, Alliances, Finance, Operations, Product, and Engineering.  We are backed by two of the world’s greatest SaaS investors – Bessemer Ventures and a16z and our vision is to change the way that software is sold.

We are looking for an experienced and data-driven Marketing Operations Manager to join Tackle’s Revenue Operations team. In this role, you’ll own the marketing software stack, develop success metrics and performance measurements for our revenue funnel, and provide data and insights to the marketing team around the effectiveness of their campaigns and programs. • Help ensure all marketing and sales systems work in concert to provide reliable data and oversee data hygiene, enrichment, classification, and usage.
    • Measure, analyze and report on the impact of marketing campaigns, and provide insights and recommendations on optimization campaign strategies.
    • Identify areas of inefficiency for process optimization and propose solutions that will scale as Tackle grows
    • Update and maintain our lead funnel definitions and process, routing, and prioritization to the sales team
    • Build and maintain standardized business dashboards, providing insights and focus across key revenue engine performance indicators related to programs, conversion, velocity, value, and return of activities and investments.
    • Partner with core marketing, sales operations, and sales leadership to refine and improve lead lifecycle processes and metrics using data insights and feedback (e.g. lead scoring, service-level agreements, workflows, lead sourced/influenced ratios)

What you’ll need to be successful:

    • 3+ years working as a Marketing Operations Manager, with a focus on marketing tools and technology
    • Admin level proficiency in a marketing automation system (currently Hubspot) and CRM (Salesforce)
    • Creative thinker with strong technical skills and a knack for deconstructing and solving complex problems
    • Use data to provide insight and make recommendations to improve marketing processes and results
    • Working knowledge of account-based marketing platforms eg (Terminus, 6Sense, etc)
    • Self-starter, reliable team player, ability to work autonomously
    • Passion for working in dynamic, fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
    • A great sense of humor, empathy, and team-first mentality
