The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with the Director of People Ops in supporting SmartBug Media’s employees. The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator provides administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including payroll and benefits coordination, record-keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry. This position will also act as a shared resource with the finance department.
This role requires specific attention to detail in regards to coordinating and administering HR resources, as well as the ability to properly handle confidential employee and company information. This role also requires experience working with companies that are remote-first and have employees in multiple states.
