ABOUT THE ROLE
The Product Operations Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer, and will work closely with the Core Engine and Technology teams to ensure SLA delivery across the Itemize platform. The Product Operations Manager is an expert at all things process, prioritization, and execution to meet the demands of both internal and external customers. The Product Operations Manager will have strong written and verbal communication skills to provide exceptional customer support.
