What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?


Within3, the leader in virtual engagement for life science companies, is seeking a Global Marketing Operations Manager based in the US to join our marketing meeting. The primary objective of this hire is to enable marketing to operate with efficiency, quality, and consistency at scale. The Marketing Operations Manager will fuel our growth strategy by playing a critical role in the implementation, management and optimization of our data, processes, systems, budget and analytics. The successful candidate will have a strong history of aligning people, processes, historical data, goals and systems to ultimately improve marketing return on investment.   • Develop and implement marketing operations strategy that supports the overall org and marketing strategy and enables intelligent decisions through precise analysis
  • Ensure marketing data is being properly collected, cleansed and connected with other systems such as Salesforce
  • Manage analytics, reporting and team dashboards to measure the effectiveness of marketing channels and efforts
  • Own marketing data quality and drive strategies to enable personalization, accurate segmentation, detailed ROI analysis, and accurate reporting
  • Ensure business activities meet best practices for marketing and global data privacy including GDPR and CCPA
  • Enable a culture of rapid testing and learning that yields discoveries of ways to scale revenue and improve ROI
  • Own and evangelize the relationship between marketing spend and revenue while developing a predictable model of growth that can be used as a key strategic lever to scale the business
  • Measure, track and provide insights into improving marketing return on investment
  • Maintain accuracy and consistency of marketing reporting dashboards
  • Prepare and present monthly and quarterly data analytics reports that demonstrate the heath of the marketing department
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement new operating processes
  • Have a deep understanding of the algorithms of different platforms and how to leverage those algorithms to grow the Within3 brand
  • Administer the marketing budget and ensure marketing costs are tracked correctly
  • Work with the product team on having product usage inform better marketing to our customers and prospects
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales Operations
  • Other duties as required


  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Technology, Communications or Business
  • 5+ years of relevant marketing operations experience, creating and managing marketing operations responsibilities
  • Demonstrated behaviors of being accurate, systematic and methodical, able to organize and prioritize tasks and projects
  • Expertise with Hubspot, RingLead (or equivalent data hygiene platform) and Salesforce
  • Experience optimizing data, processes and analytics across a marketing team for purposes of high-level board reporting to day-to-day standard improvements
  • Experience in the life sciences industry
