Our team is remote throughout the continental United States. However, we have offices in Salt Lake City, UT and Austin, TX. In joining our team, you will work with those who carry a deep background and experience growing a product that defines how employees use social media platforms at work.

WHY YOU’RE SO COOL

As an Account Strategist at EveryoneSocial, you will work side-by-side with clients to truly be an extension of their team. You will be responsible for going above and beyond to help them adopt and expand their use of the product. You will have an in-depth understanding of each customer’s overall business objectives and act as a tactical resource and strategic advisor to their program’s day-to-day operations.

At a high level, you will be mastering how our software works, what strategies and levers exist within the platform to execute and manipulate program and user-level approach, and then implement strategic and tactical activities to maximize user engagement and platform success. You’re the piece of the puzzle that bridges all.

Some of your individual contributions will include:

• Reviewing, approving, and curating content – content is the lifeblood of our client programs, and keeping that content fresh, relevant, and timely is of the utmost importance. Not only is finding the right content necessary but creating opportunities for users to share that with pre-written copy/context, trending, and relevant #hashtags is one of the single most important activities needed to develop successful programs.
• Identifying, structuring, and enacting engagement strategies – the EveryoneSocial platform has many opportunities to deliver value to and create engagement with the user-base, including content emails/newsletters, custom notifications, leaderboards, and more. You will think creatively about user segments, client goals, program needs/strategies, and enact unique value-drivers for these various segments and goals.
• Data review for identifying successes and opportunities for program improvement – quantitative understanding of data at a high level and how that data reflects across a program is imperative to being successful in the role. Understanding what user segments need more or different engagement tactics, highlighting successful users and content for program managers and users-alike, and communicating trends back to the Customer Success team will all be critical to driving program value.

WHAT YOU OFFER US

• 3+ years experience as a Customer Success/Account Manager, Social Media Manager, or Senior member of a Support Team, preferably with SaaS product(s) or applicable graduate-level degree
• A track record as a high producer in a client-facing position. Ideally, you’ve successfully managed accounts or relationships across multiple market segments or business units and built strong partnerships with varied levels of stakeholders.
• A keen ability to teach, inform and educate clients to ensure they have a solid understanding and positive attitude towards EveryoneSocial
• Experience in expanding account usage and implementing and executing adoption and roll-out strategies across different audiences
• General knowledge of social media usage and best practices
• Being detail-oriented isn’t a goal, it’s just what you do on the daily
• You’re not afraid to lead conversations. You will be the subject-matter expert when talking to clients and will need to own the room at times.
• You know what ‘fast-paced’ means, and you embrace it
• You approach things at work with a hunter mentality and enable our customers to be gatherers
• Technology is your friend, not your foe
• You never say “That’s not my job.” See a problem fix that problem or tell someone that can fix that problem then make sure we take steps to never repeat that problem.

Preferred:

• Experience implementing or supporting social software tools
• Experience managing social media platforms or teaching teams how to harness social most effectively
