As the Accounting Manager, you will lead our day-to-day accounting functions and manage our accounting team. You will define and implement efficient processes that ensure accurate tracking. At the end of the month, quarter, or year, you will lead the financial close process. This team will also report out to the business showing where we are to plan and relative to key KPIs and benchmarks. Finally, you will dig into the numbers and provide insight to the business around where can improve and drive efficiency.

How You'll Contribute:

  • Design and implement key accounting systems, processes, and controls
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, annual close process including all related reconciliations
  • Prepare related reporting for management, the Board, investors, banking providers
  • Drive and execute annual financial audits with external partners
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to help the business grow and scale

Must Haves:

  • BA / BS in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years of relevant accounting experience (including some time in software)
  • Everything Excel (financial modeling, reporting, forecasting)
  • Experience with NetSuite
  • Ability to distill complex analysis into easy to understand insights
