About This Opportunity:
As the US Partner Sales leader, you will manage a team of Partners Sales Managers in the US who are responsible for executing business development strategy with HashiCorp System Integrators, Resellers and Cloud partners. This team leads all aspects of identifying, evaluating, and executing large-scale partnerships and transactions with the potential to have a significant impact on the overall direction of the company. Our ideal candidate has proven experience managing complex partnerships, setting strategy, driving business and technical alignment, and communicating with both internal and external executives. You will be tasked with leading our team of channel sales professionals who manage specialized partners that contribute both in revenue and customer success via implementations services in North America.
In this role you can expect to:
You will directly oversee the Americas organization’s Partner Sales Managers, partner business forecasting targets, objectives and initiatives while setting short and long-term partner sales strategies and effectiveness with the Global Partner Sales leader. In this role, you will also be responsible for collaborating with cross functional teams to elevate our partner sales and services strategy for North America.
You will be responsible for developing strategic “sell with” and “partner sourced” revenue goals and driving partner success against those goals. You will represent HashiCorp as the US Partner Sales leader for our joint business development planning process with partners that develop mutual performance objectives, targets, and critical milestones.
The ideal candidate will possess both a business background that enables the candidate to engage at the CXO level, as well as a sales background that enables them to easily interact with customers and sales/field reps. The candidate should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, solutions and technical challenges, with the ability to build and convey compelling value propositions.
