Job Description
Summary”
Aetna Finance Pharmacy department is currently seeking an Analyst to join our exciting and distinctive team. The Analyst will be, primarily, responsible for pharmacy reconciliations, reporting, and data management.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare annual reconciliations of customer discount guarantees and respond to inquiries
• Prepare quarterly customer claims reports
• Respond to auditor data requests, questions, and discrepancies
• Subject matter expert related to the Reconciliation model and Data warehouses
• Support data needs of the department tools
• Support Open Enrollment activities related to establishing/updating Discount benefits
• Prepare/submit customer refund requests
• Support Caremark Finance Management and interact with Underwriting and Account Management as needed

Required Qualifications
-2+ years of MS Excel, specifically vlook ups, pivot tables, formulas, and functions imbedded in other formals

-1+ years of experience with MS Access

• Finance or Data Analytics background
• Pharmacy and Healthcare industry background
• 1 to 3 years of professional client facing experience
• A working knowledge of other MS Office products

Education
4 year degree or equivalent work experience
