Job Title: API Developer

Location: 100% Remote Work (Canada)

Duration: Fulltime Position

Salary: ($Open)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing, coding, and delivering Azure web services and APIs.
  • Designing and integrating Azure platforms in a manner which allows for the management of secure and reliable services.
  • Provide problem-solving expertise and complex analysis for integration design.
  • Delivering and presenting Proofs of Concept variants to prospective customers.
  • Requirements Analysis and Technical Solution Design.
  • Documentation of solutions (e.g. designs, configurations, and setup).
  • Analysis of requirements and production of specifications.
  • Deal with stakeholders/ end users in the software development lifecycle – PMs, BAs, testing etc.
  • Working within a project management/& SCRUM Agile delivery methodology.


Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of development, design, and technical implementations.
  • API Development C#
  • Microsoft Azure Integration (APIM and ADF)
  • Microsoft Azure Foundations
  • Pipelines & CD/CI
  • Service Bus, Logic Apps
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
  • Agile / Scrum

Other Skills:

  • Microsoft Azure Certification
  • Financial institution experience
  • Understanding of micro services is an asset
