PURPOSE OF JOB | To assist National Director & Prison Team Members in the work of building and growing Alpha’s presence in criminal justice facilities nationally. |
RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDED BUT NOT LIMITED TO)
Primary Duties
• Maintain social media accounts with frequent weekly posts, sharing and promoting events
• Maintain activity in Raiser’s Edge by creating and updating actions and opportunities
• Maintain activity in SalesForce by keeping contact and Alpha information update
• Create Campaign Monitor bi-weekly emails and quarterly newsletter
• Assist with communications to Chaplains, volunteers and National Advisors on scheduled basis
• Maintain prayer call email lists and coordinate weekly zoom prayer calls
• Provide volunteers/Chaplains with course materials to include duplicating DVDs
• Attend weekly Prison Team Staff meetings and distribute notes of meeting
• Maintain database of National Advisors/attend monthly Advisors meetings and distribute notes of meeting
• Interface with Alpha Regional/Network Directors and staff regarding Alpha in a criminal justice setting
ESSENTIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
• Administration skills and gifting
• Proficient in social media technology and application
• High level of communication skills in writing, phone and video
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office365, SalesForce and Rasiers Edge
• High attention to detail
EDUCATION
• High School degree, additional qualification as personal assistant will be a bonus
• Alpha experience is preferred
