Your Role & Responsibilities

• Designing graphic identity (logo, branding materials, online presence, social media, print)
• Developing the visual communication of the Flying Bisons brand in different channels
• Ensuring the visual integrity of the brand
• Creating a visual style that combines the latest trends with the unique character of the brand
• Developing simple animations to use on social media
• Creating visuals for case studies
• Collaboration with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts)
• Direct cooperation with Head of Design and Creative Director

Your Profile & Skills Required

• Proven experience with graphic design, with a strong portfolio of work
• Proficiency with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.
• Experience in brand identity design would be an additional asset
• Excellent sense of aesthetics and the prevailing trends
• Extreme attention to details
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+) and Polish
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, you solve problems and figure things out
• Strong ability to prioritize work and resources across various projects
