We are hiring Business Development Director to lead our gaming project – Dreamsmaker.

Role Responsibilities:
 Planning and monitoring projects
 Achieve growth and hit project targets
 Generate own leads as well as converting inbound inquiries
 Design and implement a project plan that expands the company’s client base and
ensure its strong presence
 Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products
 Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
 Build and promote strong, long-lasting client relations
 Gather feedback from clients or prospects and share it with internal teams
 Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their business needs
 Cultivate, negotiate, close strategic accounts in NFT, blockchain networks, crypto
exchanges and Web3 forms
 Build up thought leadership both inside the company, in the crypto community
and at the trade shows & industry conferences
 Attract, recruit, lead and retain a team of high performing business development
managers
 Work with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, legal, compliance,
finance) to launch and manage strategic partnerships

Candidate requirements:
 Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager
 Knowledge of Fintech/Blockchain/Crypto field is essential
 Demonstrated experience and success of 10 years + in all aspects of capture
and proposal processes
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) along with
organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
 Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer
experience
 Excellent communication and negotiation skills
 Ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
 Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
