What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

We are hiring for a Business Development Representative to work with the Sales team where you’ll be crucial to Hyperproof’s success. As a BDR, you will contribute to that success by driving demand generation through phone, email, and social selling with the goal of setting qualified meetings for your Account Executive partners.
You’ll report to our Business Development Manager.


    • You’ll be creative with your lead generation style as you hunt for new accounts
    • You’ll build a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting via email, cold calling, and social selling
    • You’ll gain tremendous business knowledge by understanding how our potential customer’s businesses work, how their leadership is structured, and how we can solve their everyday pains
    • Confidently overcome objections that come with prospecting and calling head-on, and use your training and knowledge to relay Hyperproof’s value proposition to decision-makers
    • Manage and track your pipeline information in Salesforce
    • You will help the team continuously improve and optimize our process, training, use of technology, and other applicable aspects of our business
    • You will achieve and exceed weekly/monthly metrics ( appointments booked, leads added, calls made)

    • Proficiency with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, and Linkedin Navigator is preferred.
    • 1+ years of sales experience is preferred but not required.

    • BDR’s at Hyperproof receive a base compensation while also receiving results-based variable compensation.
    • This role reports to the BDR Manager who values weekly 1:1 communication, and on-demand coaching, and will give you the autonomy to create your own success
