ABOUT THE ROLE

The Business Operations Analyst will ensure that Itemize successfully meets its Service Level Agreements with clients through the tracking of metrics, as well as building and maintaining relationships with key enterprise level clients.

The Business Operations Analyst will report to the Service Delivery Manager and will be responsible to:

• Manage and maintain all metrics on service delivery
• Service client line-manager relationships and proactively anticipate client needs
• Analyze and monitor client data to identify opportunities to expand user adoption
• Track and forecast SLA’s to optimize service delivery, working with SQL databases and spreadsheets
• Develop and implement initiatives to incrementally improve operational performance
• Advocate for the customer within Itemize and coordinate between Product, Support, and Sales teams to drive client success
• Apply expertise in Itemize’s proprietary platform to address domain-specific issues and deliver “white glove service” to enterprise clients

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3 years’ experience in operations or analytical type roles, preferably in high-growth SaaS environments
• Industry knowledge of financial supply chain, such as ERP, expense management, payables workflow, commercial payments, or other B2B SaaS experience
• Experience using databases and spreadsheets to track various metrics
• Familiarity with APIs
• Excellent technical and analytical skills and strong attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
