Job Description

TTL is seeking an energetic Business Operations Manager to help keep the various teams’ workstreams organized and structured as we grow the business, expand our offerings and develop our team. In addition to project management responsibilities, this is an integrated role between the company’s research and product deliverables and the sales, customer success and marketing efforts to delight our prospects and clients with seamless service delivery.

The primary areas of concentration are supporting Research & Product Operations, Sales Operations, and the overall Project Management of our service delivery function.

In support of Research Operations, you will:

●      Manage the administration of our client facing research portal

●      Track all research product that is created

●      Provide resource planning support

●      Assist in the dissemination and propagation of new research when released

In support of Sales / Marketing Operations, you will:

●      Assist in the scheduling and management of experts contributing to our publications

●      Maintain timelines for publications and events

●      Manage subcontracted production resources

●      Manage Order Entry and assure the seamless hand-off from Sales to Delivery

In Project Management you will:

●      Be the primary client interface for all project services

●      Maintain project calendars and resource tracking through engagements

●      Managing the company knowledge repositories in Google Workspace

●      Audit internal communications in Slack to assure the team remains high functioning and assure the knowledge and industry insights are appropriately shared and recorded

 

 

Qualifications

What we’re looking for:

●      Minimum of 3-6 years of operations, project, or administrative management experience

●      Comfortable in communicating project management and resource planning requirements to team members and external stakeholders

●      Great interpersonal skills with the ability to prioritize

●      Attention to detail with the capability of managing multiple tasks concurrently

●      Experience managing vendors and subcontractors that contribute to product and deliverables

●      Proficiency in project and task tracking software

●      Strong written and oral communication skills

●      Highly collaborative team player with the knowledge, intellect and temperament to work effectively in a fast-paced, nimble, lean environment

●      Must be motivated and self-starting; must possess strong time management skills

●      File management experience, preferably in G-Drive

●      Energized with the pace and challenges of a growth stage company

 

Experience with the following technologies strongly preferred:

●      Google Workspace

●      Project tracking: Monday.com or equivalent

●      CRM capability: Salesforce experience strongly preferred

●      Slack or equivalent collaboration system fluency

●      DocuSign and Adobe DCR product experience

●      Lived experience leveraging social media technologies for prospecting, research, and networking purposes.
