The Channel Partner Enablement Manager is responsible for onboarding and ongoing enabling of global partners with the training, documents, project management, and resources to successfully sell, implement, and support Instructure software solutions.
What you will be doing:
Manage tasks to completion per project schedule, or direction from manager/management independently
Lead the maintenance of up-to-date information on company website(s) such as webinar recordings, price lists and channel partners, & contact information
Coordinate with marketing to build and maintain a library of marketing resources and support the delivery of co-brandable collateral to Channel Partners
Working with channel partners on marketing initiatives
Development, implementation and coordination of a channel partner platform
Leading project work with various teams to create ideal platform environments for partner onboarding, engagement, and management. (eg. PRM, Salesforce, Enterprise Systems, and other platforms/teams.)
Collaborating with other departments, like finance and legal, to ensure the team is running smoothly and efficiently
Tracking and processing channel partner referrals and working with accounting to process payments.
Limited channel partner management with OPM and other secondary channel partner types
Research, presentation content creation and design
Coordination with Partnerships team including crossover projects such as InstructureCon/CanvasCon user events, website/portal overlap, etc
Pitching in on other team projects, tasks, and activities like documentation development, partner outreach, and more.
Here is what you will need to know/have:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related field
Proven project & program management experience
Excellent organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
Ability to work under deadlines and specific time frames
Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment, reprioritizing work as situations change and needs arise
Team player who will innovate to continue improving the way Instructure serves its partners

Understanding of technology use in education and LMS marketplace and companies
Create internal & customer facing presentations and materials (email etc.)

Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
