What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

At Request Finance, you will be working on enhancing the platform used by over 2,000 Web 3.0 companies like AAVE, The Sandbox, and Maker to manage their B2B crypto payments. Managing crypto payments is an administrative nightmare for businesses.
Our app solves that with thoughtful features like a dashboard showing all your invoices and their on-chain payment statuses, paying hundreds of invoices to different wallets in a few clicks, scheduling recurring invoices, and more.
You are a very talented chief of staff who serves as a trusted advisor and confidant to the co-founder and CEO. We recently closed a seed round. This is a unique opportunity to see every aspect of a fast-growing startup at the CEO level.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
– Ensure upcoming meetings are relevant and well structured, and that the preparation is complete and correct
– Moderate meetings and ensure action points coming out are implemented
– Improve communication guidelines
– Review OKR suggestions during the scheduled OKR meetings and outside of the meetings.
– Act as the communication arm for the CEO with team members, clients, investors, community members, and other stakeholders.
– Prepare ahead of formal and informal Board meetings. Ensure CEO has up-to-date information from every function in advance of questions from the board.
– Develop and implement effective and highly scalable processes
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
– Proven ability to quickly learn new things
– Concise written and verbal communication
– Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize, focus on what really matters, and think about “what’s next” on your own
– Proven success in project coordination and reporting.
– Experience leading a team
– Operational experience in a previous role
