This role can be fully remote within the United States of America.
Client Success Manager
We are looking for a Client Success Manager who can work directly with clients in the health industry to deploy LetsGetChecked solutions. This person must be experienced in building and strengthening client relationships, identifying success for client programs and leading the team to achieve program and expansion goals.
Requirements
- Work cross functionally within LetsGetChecked and externally to execute against the onboarding of new clients and programs and actively manage client relationships to demonstrate value and new opportunities
- Ensure successful execution of programs by collaborating with internal resources to define roles and responsibilities of program execution – mitigating risks and making effective decisions
- Develop and manage client business/account plans, communicate benchmarks and milestones and continuously monitor and evaluate progress and effectiveness of tactics
- Advocate for client needs and struggles by providing feedback and/or escalating, when necessary, to internal partners
- Work with internal partners to meet the client’s reporting and analytics needs
- Build and own excellent client relationships
