CM – Community Support Representative

What we’re looking for:
We are looking for experienced Support Specialist who has professional experience in working with systems: Linux, Ubuntu, Mac, Windows on the administrative level. This role will be responsible for supporting Energi users via email, live chat, etc. Support will cover technical (staking and masternode) and non-technical support questions. Ideal prospects will already be familiar with Energi’s mission and our commitment to our community members.
