Job Summary:

The Consultation Optimization & Education Consultant II will be responsible for supporting sales leader agency consultation strategy in the Agency Sales Zones. They will gather feedback from sales leaders to identify, clarify and resolve problems in the consultation process, consultation resources and education needed for sales leaders to increase sales effectiveness of agencies. They will gather quantitative, qualitative and trend data to optimize consultation tools, resources and education that will help drive business results in the Agency Sales Zones. The Consultation Optimization & Education Consultant II will be part of the centralized FSO Design and Tools Team and reports to the Sales Consultation Optimization Manager, and will work closely with the Agency Sales Employee Education Team and Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Contributes to creation of consultation talk paths, tools and processes and education to enable sales leaders to provide appropriate sales support to all agency models.
Gathers and analyze quantitative, qualitative and trend data to and helps provide education to optimize countrywide consultation processes to increase effectiveness of sales leaders’ agency support.
Solicits feedback from sales leaders to recognize gaps in consultation processes and recommend solutions for business process improvement, resources and education needed to leadership.
Works closely with the Sales Leader Technology team to integrate consultation talk paths, tools, processes and education into sales leader technology platforms.
Coordinates and facilitates consultation process training and support to sales leadership.
Analyzes ambiguous problems and develops preventative measures or recommendations.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2 or more years of related experience

Functional Skills:

  • An understanding of all sales leaders and agency types in a Zone.
  • An understanding of sales leaders’ work including sales leader processes, agent support and consultations, and sales leader business objectives.
  • An understanding of agency operations including agency processes, customer support and business objectives.
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating training or building training curriculums.
  • Experience in gathering data and feedback to generate insights and provide recommendations for process or program improvement and education.
  • Experience in building relationships across business units to influence decisions and actions.

Compensation offered for this role is $56,600.00-$91,850.00 per year and is based on experience and qualifications.
