Position Overview:

Katapult is seeking a seasoned systems administrator with specific expertise in dialer software across large contact center networks. This is a key position on our rapidly scaling operations team.  In addition to managing dialer performance, the systems manager is responsible for all operational applications support across the contact center workforce.

Primary Job Duties:

  • Manage dialer strategy and tactical administration of dialer duties including but not limited to dialer uploads, imports, managing performance trends, reviewing compliance concerns, identifying variances and suggesting strategy changes.
  • Escalate contact center interruptions to appropriate business continuity leaders in a timely fashion
  • Maintain current and accurate agent skill set and group inventory
  • Ensure that contact center is aware of legal requirements and that work processes are adapted accordingly
  • Maintenance/enhancement of existing reporting as well as creation of new reports and dashboards
  • Respond to user-reported issues via existing ticket system or communication channel(s); troubleshoot with call center agents and Supervisors experiencing problems or inefficiencies
  • Manage on/off-boarding of call center staff and adhere to strict access control SLA
  • Manage vendor data exchange for key business processes
  • Provision/troubleshoot computer equipment on site when necessary
  • Coordinate occasional technical vendor appointments on site

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as senior level dialer systems administrator for both inbound and outbound operations
  • 5+ years in a call center environment required
  • Experience should include examples of implementing new dialer technologies and/or innovating the capabilities of the existing platform
  • Basic statistics knowledge with ability to comprehend and analyze dialer-output data
  • At least basic understanding of database-design principles, data structures, and optimizations
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
  • Must have intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ideal candidates will have worked specifically with Five9 cloud contact center software
  • Proficient with both PC/Windows and Apple Mac hardware/software
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working with HubSpot/ServiceHub CRM is a plus
  • Experience working with Tableau reporting is a plus

Work Environment:

  • Currently remote, with occasional on-site voluntary “engagement” work days 
  • There would be some periodic required trips to our Plano, TX office for systems & equipment related requests
