About the Role: This role will drive value across Icertis marketing channels through extraordinary copywriting and content. The ideal candidate is a writer first who can draft 3,000-word whitepapers and 100-word marketing emails with equal aplomb.

What you will do:

    • You will be the voice of Icertis. Thanks to your clear, concise, and on-brand copy, audiences will quickly understand the value Icertis can deliver to their organization and what sets us apart in the highly competitive CLM market.
    • Through a deep understanding of the buyer’s journey, you will write copy that is perfectly positioned for the precious moment we have the reader’s valuable attention.
    • You will be agile, understanding that sharp copy is a critical ingredient in fast-moving go-to-market motions at a high-growth company like Icertis.
    • When applicable you will amplify your written material by collaborating with internal and external designers to create content that differentiates Icertis in the market.

What you will bring:

    • Extraordinary writing skills, with a knack for turning a phrase without compromising on brand 
    • Experience working with SMEs, including CxOs, to quickly capture ideas and bring them to life 
    • Extensive experience with critical B2B content forms (email, blogs, eBooks, case studies, explainer videos) 
    • Experience communicating content concepts to designers to accelerate execution 
    • A strong foundation in graphic design best practices   
    • Social media copywriting 
    • Experience with Adobe Suite, especially InDesign and Illustrator  
    • B2B campaign management experience 
    • Content performance metrics management 
    • Experience drafting press releases and writing in AP-style
