As our Content Marketing Manager, you’ll help us tell the OpenPhone story, drive our brand’s awareness, and acquire new customers. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing company.

Here are some things you’ll be doing:

    • Execute on and iterate on our editorial calendar by developing and publishing content that drives revenue and awareness of our brand
    • Create content across a variety of formats and channels — with an initial focus on blog posts and case studies
    • Create crystal-clear briefs to assign out to teammates and vendors as needed
    • Ensure content is consistent with our brand voice and style and optimized for user experience
    • Assist in the planning and distribution of content
    • Identify additional opportunities to grow our conversions, retention rates, and overall brand presence

About you:

    • 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing (SaaS experience is a big plus)
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
    • Passion for storytelling and publishing high-quality content
    • Strong understanding of SEO
    • Experience working with CMS tools
    • A solid understanding of marketing analytics and how to measure the success of organic content
    • Experience working remotely, with excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously
    • Interested in how content (across mediums and channels) helps our customers and OpenPhone grow
    • An experimental mindset, a desire to learn, and a willingness to try new things
