Controller – Senior Director of Accounting Operations Accounting / Finance

As a member of our Rei-fam, our controller will be a hands-on leader who will help to improve the healthcare system while building a fun and empathetic environment. You will have the opportunity to put your fingerprint on the construction of a controllership function from the ground up and support the growth and scalability of the company. What You’ll Be Working On:

• Build and scale an internal accounting operation
• Lead accounting and financial reporting for Reify Health
• Fully implement FASB ASC 606 revenue recognition in new company ledger
• Oversee payroll, accounts payable, fixed assets, taxes, 401K
• Partner with Customer Success to issue billing and monitor accounts receivable, identifying simplification opportunities to ensure a positive customer experience
• Work with CFO to identify and implement a general ledger and reporting to support Reify current and future growth state
• Prep for 2020 financial statement audit and with CFO act as key interface with audit firm
• Provide oversight to current accounting and payroll and benefits resources and determine future state for Reify accounting team
• Ensure proper tax compliance and reporting
• Build internal controls, reconciliations and segregation of duties to ready Reify for future state

What You Bring to Reify Health:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA, big 4 experience is a plus
• 10+ years experience including experience in a growing and scaling SAAS company
• Excellent knowledge of GAAP accounting including ASC 606 and other recent FASB pronouncements
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Self-starter who is willing to get into the details, execute and build the structure in a fast growing environment
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience working with senior leadership, CFO, Financial Planning & Analysis
• Knowledge of international operations including foreign exchange, legal entities and statutory audit requirements
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Customer focus and demonstrated empathy, exhibiting the Reify values
