Outschool’s mission is to inspire kids to love learning. We achieve this by linking learning to kids’ interests, connecting them with other classmates who share their passions, and giving them the autonomy to pick their own paths. Our small group classes meet over live video chat with teachers who celebrate their unique strengths and empower all learners to develop confidence and a strong sense of self.
We’re also focused on removing barriers for historically underserved learners who face systemic challenges to their success. In 2020, we started and began offering financial assistance to families in need. We are currently creating an Educator Endowment Fund to appreciate the teachers who are so central to our mission of inspiring kids to love learning.

The Role
Are you a creative operations whiz? Do you love it when a plan comes together? Can you manage internal and external resources to fulfill a multitude of creative requests? Are you a methodical planner and love accountability? If you jumped out of your seat, then join the Content Team here at Outschool.
Our Creative Content team is looking for someone with an analytical mindset and strong attention to detail, who can thrive in a fast-paced, scrappy environment. You will communicate with multiple stakeholders across the business tracking projects, managing resources and improving overall operations. You will be part of a new and growing team that champions brand, content strategy and creative development. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Creative Content team where you’ll make a positive impact on learners, parents and teachers through education technology.


    • Evaluate, intake and assign creative requests
    • Manage/communicate milestones and deadlines to properly set expectations
    • Confirm on-time delivery of all final assets
    • Archive deliverables when necessary
    • Source new agencies/freelancers/contractors based on the needs of the team
    • Manage external vendor relationships
    • Understand vendor availability, timing and capabilities
    • Manage/produce Creative Service requests to be fulfilled by external vendors


    • 3+ years of creative operations or coordination experience
    • Experience sourcing and managing vendors
    • Experience producing creative graphics, copy, landing pages
    • Experience implementing and managing a SAAS project management platform
    • Passion for content, education and new media
    • Outstanding communication and people skills
