Eldis Group Partnership (Fix.com) is looking for full-time Data Entry Clerks/Email Representatives to join our team in a work-at-home opportunity. This is a dual role where you will be responsible for data entry and responding to customer requests via our email channel.
The Data Entry Clerk/Email Representative will liaise with and follow up with employees within the company as well as with customers to collect information. The Data Entry Clerk/Email Representative will capture the data into relevant databases in a timely and accurate manner. You will identify and correct errors, and swiftly bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary.

Hours of Work:
This is a full-time role that is shift oriented. We are open seven (7) days a week. Our hours of operation are from 9:00a.m – 11:00p.m. You will be required to work some statutory and non-statutory holidays and thus will be paid according to your provincial labour laws.
