Day to day responsibilities to include but not limited to

• Utilizing our CRM/ ERP systems to maintain customer account information and document details of customer interactions
• Responding to customers via phone and email to address questions and concerns
• Analyzing client needs and profiles to recommend products, plans, or services that will match their specific needs
• Recommending potential products or services to management, by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Taking customer orders, determining charges, and overseeing billing or payments
• Resolving customer issues and complaints according to company standards and instructed guidelines

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of 3-6 years of proven inside sales experience
• Demonstrate a can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond
• Strong phone presence and experience taking dozens of calls per day
• Experience working with a CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to perform detailed-oriented work with accuracy
