Lead development and execution of the Consumer Healthcare strategy to:

• achieve and sustain data compliance.
• build robust policies, procedures and training to equip us to fully comply with regulatory requirements on data.
• sustain appropriate human behaviors throughout the network, in line with a strong Data Quality Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a robust data governance strategy for the internal site network, support functions, local operating companies and third parties.
• Build capability around Data Governance.
• Embed strong monitoring and escalation processes, enabling appropriate response, corrective and preventative action and continuous improvement.
• Continuously assess the evolution of integrity / data governance and ensure Consumer Health compliance programs are updated accordingly
• Work cooperatively with stakeholders, Subject Matter Experts, and responsible functions and operational units to develop data integrity programs plans which are risk based and addressed electronic and paper systems compliance, processes and procedures, data quality culture / human factors and data governance.
• Provide the technical content and work with the Training and Capability team on methods of delivery.
• Provide guidance on Data Compliance issue management and investigations.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

• Bachelor’s Degree with a focus in Science, Engineering, Industrial, Psychology or related discipline.
• 10 + years of pharmaceutical industry experience.
• 10+ years’ experience with FDA compliance requirements, with demonstrated accomplishments related to data integrity / data governance.
• 10+ years’ experience in large scale deployment of programs and initiatives.
• Knowledge of the existing and emerging regulatory environment, across multiple geographies.
• Demonstrated application of continuous improvement, change management, capability built and risk assessment / risk management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

• MSc Science, Engineering or related discipline and / or Industrial Psychology or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of leadership and people management.
• Understanding and experience of corporate governance processes.
• Ability to use and interpret data to drive decision making at both a tactical and strategic level.
