This role will focus primarily on the planning and the implementation of B2B marketing campaigns, programs and tactics focused on acquiring and retaining new customers and nurturing existing customers, globally, in the Mid-Market and Inside Sales market segments.
The ideal candidate is an expert in developing and executing pipeline building programs and activities including lead generation, search engine marketing, advertising/sponsorships, events, digital marketing in order to support the company’s market segments growth objectives and goals. The candidate is experienced in using Hubspot, Salesforce, building reports and dashboards with a focus on leads, net new contacts and net new logos. This role will partner with our global and regional sales teams, operations, Social & Digital Marketing, Event Marketing to plan, execute, manage, and measure marketing programs that create awareness and drive a pipeline in the target market segments prospects and customers. Additionally, the Marketing Manager works closely with Product Marketing and Medable stakeholders to ensure alignment, consistency in message, assess campaign effectiveness, and to ensure adequate resource allocation in line with the budget.
Develops and manages marketing plans as well as content creation for mid-market and inside sales market segments that results in meeting or exceeding demand generation and revenue targets.
Ensures alignment with sales priorities and goals.
Establishes key demand generation goals using marketing system metrics, market trends, historical data, company revenue targets, and other data; monitor and report on performance.
Ensures demand generation campaigns are managed and measured using global sales and marketing systems (Hubspot, SFDC).
Creates and coordinate demand generation and nurture projects, ensuring that high quality leads get processed across the sales funnel – from to lead to marketing qualified lead (MQL) and beyond.
Works closely with sales, product marketing, corporate communications, creative, event management, social / digital marketing and other teams to ensure that Medable’s products and solutions are appropriately positioned and promoted globally.
Manages day to day activities.
Assists with annual marketing plans and associated budgets.
Works cross functionally across the marketing and sales organizations.
Prioritizes tracking, reporting and measuring marketing performance with targeted market segments and regions.
3-5 years of demand generation, marketing programs, and tactics.
Organized and demonstrate the ability to deliver successful pipeline building programs and tactics
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple, potentially conflicting, tasks.
Ability to work effectively with a global workforce.
Experience in successfully using sales and marketing systems, programs, and analytics to monitor and measure results (ex. HubSpot, SFDC).
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail
Strong analytical skills; including experience reviewing performance results and making recommendations for future actions
