DevOps is the foundation on which all of 1Password sits. Leveraging the latest technologies and experimenting with innovative solutions, the DevOps group works closely with product development. Empowering their ability to deliver code rapidly and safely into our production environments is a key goal. 
This DevOps Manager cares deeply about security and the technical side of operations, making sure that everything is running smoothly for our applications and customers.
We are seeking an energetic, passionate DevOps leader who thrives on successfully building DevOps automation and best practices to facilitate releasing products faster, securely and scalably. The primary responsibility of this position is to not only contribute to technical design and direction, but also lead the growth, quality, and efficiency of our DevOps practices by coaching and mentoring team members into great leaders of behavior as well. Driving a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency are keys to success in this role. The DevOps Manager is responsible for developing and managing a DevOps team as we continue to grow. Additionally, working collaboratively across all of the technical organization to deliver broader initiatives.
This is a Remote opportunity within Canada and the United States.

What we’re looking for:

    • 3-5 Years DevOps Experience
    • 3-5 Years Leadership Experience (Management or Team Lead)
    • Working knowledge of Containers, Orchestration and Cloud
    • Working in an Agile environment
    • Cloud experience – AWS, GCP preferred
    • Version Control experience – git
    • Strong scripting/coding skills (ex: python/GoLang/bash/Java/Ruby etc)
    • Telemetry experience – DataDog, ELK, Grafana etc.
    • Understanding of Automation Testing methodologies
