AllStripes is growing our Life Science Partnerships team to drive all aspects of our customer success and delivery with our biopharma partners. We’re looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager or Director to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who loves solving problems, managing cross-functional projects, and creating processes from the ground up in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day engagement with our biopharma partners to deliver high quality work that exceeds customer expectations.
Manage customer timelines and deliverables, study protocols, and resolve all customer requests and issues.
Problem solve and collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Research, Sales, and Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve existing product offerings and partnership strategy.
Drive continuous process improvement and standardization across customers to scale up AllStripes’ customer delivery function.
Be a subject matter expert on AllStripes’ platform and represent our capabilities to advance the research priorities of our biopharma partners.
Ensure smooth customer transition from sales team and continuously educate sales team on contracting strategy.
Who You Are:
Self starter, excellent problem solver, highly results oriented.
Experience in life sciences customer facing roles in companies such as consulting firms, healthcare focused analytics firms, and healthcare technology companies.
Ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams, balancing needs and priorities from both groups.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to juggle multiple client interactions and deadlines simultaneously.
Direct experience collaborating with Commercial, Medical Affairs, HEOR, and R&D professionals.
Experience developing strategies that leverage real-world clinical data.
Experience working in rare disease.
Have an MBA, PhD, or MPH.
