Who You Are
You have a passion for managing fulfillment and shipping operations to maximize efficiency and minimize costs. You love creating and improving processes using analytics for the basis of your decision making. You have foundational experience in e-commerce operations but also understand how to provide best in class service to retail channel customers. You build strong relationships with external supplier business partners and develop equally strong collaborations internally. You view the role of Operations as a customer service organization with both internal and external customers. This position will interface with every level of the organization to manage orders and finished goods inventory for each of our business channels. The ideal candidate will be process focused, detail oriented, analytical, comfortable dealing with ambiguity, and thinks strategically with a bias for action and execution. This is a remote position.
