Our unique product position generates value for a diverse set of constituents, including thousands of consumers, public corporations, and various financial & technology partners, globally. This privileged position creates a unique opportunity for marketing to generate significant growth opportunities through a variety of strategies by working closely with leaders across various organizations. 
As Nova's Director of Marketing for Strategic Accounts, you will be responsible for driving pipeline growth by designing and executing a robust Account Based Marketing strategy for our key target accounts, as well as working closely with senior marketing contacts at our clients, prospects, and partners to drive mutual growth opportunities through co-marketing, sales enablement, and joint event execution. Your efforts will directly impact our lead generation, account penetration, and revenue objectives for both our U.S. and International GTM strategies.

    • Design and execute an ABM strategy for our key strategic accounts and enterprise prospects
    • Grow a high-quality pipeline from account penetration, Sr. leadership engagement, education, and custom events
    • Work closely with demand generation, digital marketing, product marketing, and marketing ops to develop account-focused integrated campaigns
    • Work with Customer Success team to develop client marketing and co-marketing campaigns
    • Scale event marketing initiatives 3x by leveraging prospects, clients, associations and partners
    • Build-out International marketing strategy with key prospects and partners
    • Work closely with Revenue team to expand market mapping, identify key sales enablement materials, and accelerate sales cycle
    • Identify and develop creative content opportunities that leverage our thought leaders, networks and industry expertise 
    • Support our broader business development and product marketing initiatives with feedback and insights from ABM campaigns
    • Develop a strict reporting framework for all ABM, partner, and event initiatives


    • 10+ years marketing experience
    • Experience working with external C-suite professionals to design and execute joint marketing initiatives
    • Experience working with early stage technology companies selling to different customer profiles
    • Proven track record developing ABM strategies for target accounts
    • Experience in partner marketing and developing co-marketing programs
    • Exceptional project management skills across various functions, including GTM, Product, Partnerships, and Operations
    • Mastery of the event marketing skill set, from designing and executing 50+ speaker conference to high-profile road-shows
    • You are comfortable working in a fast paced, hands-on environment, at an early-stage start-up
    • Data driven and metrics-oriented work-style
