The Solutions team at H1 are subject matter experts who drive client insight generation. We partner with leaders in pharma and biotech to enable them to build and maintain collaborative, mutually beneficial relationships with key global external experts and other stakeholders through optimized identification, profiling and integrated strategic engagement.

As a Director of Customer Solutions you will partner with our clients to understand their business needs and translate those needs into actionable data insights. You will be working with stakeholders across the organization, and directly with our customers, to understand our business, the markets we’re in and the needs of our clients.
You are an experienced pharma/biotech leader who understands the pharmaceutical landscape and the product development lifecycle. You are someone who can manage complexity and adjust your process to the context you’re working in. You’re as comfortable talking to engineers as you are talking to CEOs. Your natural inclination is to work collaboratively, to be transparent and seek and give feedback continuously.
What You’ll Do at H1
Collaborate closely with the sales and customer success team to understand our client business needs
Participate in all aspects of sales, implementation and account management as a subject matter expert on our data and the pharmaceutical landscape
Deliver customized data solutions that allow our clients to make insights-driven strategic decisions and establish themselves as the partner-of-choice
Partner with engineering to translate client needs into data solutions
Consult with clients to develop and execute transformational strategies throughout the product lifecycle.
Provide customer and product support when required
8-10 years of experience pharmaceutical/biotech or consulting
Excellent presentation skills
Experience working on a cross functional team
Understanding of pharmaceutical lifecycle management
Experience in KOL management/advisory boards/speakers bureau
Ability to speak to engineers and data scientists
Experience working closely with MSLs and Medical Affairs teams
