What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?


As a leader in process intelligence technology, Skan leverages computer vision and machine learning to help organizations be greater at business by triangulating insights from people, processes, and technologies to accelerate business transformation.


For this position, we are looking for remote candidates located in the United States and Canada.

As a Director of Enterprise Sales you will be responsible for developing and execute a go-to-market strategy for Skan’s platform offering; built on individualized business cases by customer. You will have the opportunity to identify and establish relationships with key corporate C-level representatives and business unit managers through prospecting, marketing leads and expansion of existing contacts within accounts. Additionally, you will have the chance to work with broad cross-functional internal teams to ensure GTM tracking of dependent stakeholder readiness plans including, reporting key milestones status, risks, and contingency planning and issue escalation as necessary.

What You’ll Do:

  • Build and nurture a strong sales pipeline and forecast through discovery calls and meetings
  • Drive the sales process and handle the contract and approval process of new deals, including negotiating on price and getting approvals including contract terms
  • Build account plans and work closely with customer success to explore upsell opportunities
  • Develop a deep appreciation of Skan’s platform and technology including customer use case
  • Work with Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Product to maximize team success – from campaigns and content to informing the product roadmap to meet sales needs
  • Meet or exceed set Quota targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) for sales-based activities
  • Maintains an accurate and realistic forecast
  • Handle all information in our CRM system
  • Acts as coach and mentor to BDRs and other members of the team you work with on prospecting
  • Build awareness for Skan with our Partner network, which includes large Enterprises and System Integrators
  • Build and maintain relationships with new and existing Skan partners


What You’ll Bring

Need to have

  • 8+ years of professional experience preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Deep experience with SAAS technologies preferably around process mining, process discovery, and robotic process automation
  • Strong interpersonal, organization and presentation skills
  • Understands the value creation sale to senior-level enterprise customers
  • Strong work ethic and a high level of intensity to work with an experienced, motivated leadership team focused on creating a significantly sized company in a short timeframe
  • Entrepreneurial spirit/attitude, flexibility toward dynamic change
  • Can demonstrate results from own pipeline generation; is a natural “hunter”
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both direct and indirect opportunities from net new prospects and current customers
  • Experienced in a new business roles, ideally within a similar start up and high growth organization
  • A passion for excellence including a desire to build a metric driven business
