Postclick is in hyper-growth and we are looking for an exceptional, scrappy Director of Finance capable of leading the global accounting function. This position will report directly to the CFO. As the first Director of Finance at Postclick, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining all global accounting policies, controls, systems and processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with a global SaaS business structure, implementing global accounting systems and the ability to work with outsourced partners and Postclick’s Leadership Team.

• Corporate FP&A, Go-To-Market functions, G&A, Operations and Technical, among others
• Contribute to monthly, quarterly and annual P&L forecast leveraging cross-functional partnerships, in collaboration with:
• Work with the company’s leadership team to ensure success against targets and plans
• Support the month-end close process with variance analysis and forecasting updates
• Partner cross-functionally to drive annual budgeting process, strategic decisions and initiative prioritization
• Partner with the leadership team members to generate monthly and quarterly performance and forecast reviews, board meeting and investor presentations, and other financial review presentations
• Develop, monitor, and drive deeper understanding of our KPIs across the company. Identify opportunities to improve existing reporting processes and key metrics tracking
• Understand user engagement metrics and the implications via an ongoing partnership with Marketing.
• Leverage the revenue forecast and your understanding of current / historic performance of key metrics to create the weekly KPI presentation to identify trends, business shifts, areas of concern and areas of strength for the executive team
• Support long range strategic planning
• Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis

Key Initial Projects may include:

• Work cross functionally to implement FP&A planning tools and create scalable, repeatable analyses
• Partner with Accounting to generate and maintain new GAAP and non-GAAP 5 year model
• Review, optimize and implement headcount and corporate contractor approval process
• Review, optimize and implement corporate contract approval process
• Design and implement BU P&Ls

Requirements

• 10-12+ years work experience in a relevant field with demonstrated financial acumen and a track record of leveraging data for business impact. Experience in building and scaling FP&A or Strategic Finance teams at high-growth technology company preferred
• Highly proficient in advanced Excel with strong attention to detail
• Ability to use data to identify and quantify opportunities for growth or profitability improvement
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working with internal stakeholders, including senior leadership
• A self-starter with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
