Your Role
The Growth team at RapidAPI is on a mission to fuel the funnel and increase active developers in our ecosystem by building high value self-serve experiences. In this role, you’ll be the leader of Growth Acquisition at RapidAPI, owning signups as your north star metric and leveraging both product and growth marketing strategies to grow signups. You'll own and lead products and initiatives that accelerate the top of our funnel –developer-focused acquisition campaigns, referral programs, our marketing website,, and tools that drive adoption, SEO, etc. 
You’ll be a founding member of a team that we expect to grow rapidly this year and beyond, and will look to you to build out that team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has shown strong acquisition chops and is looking to lead and build a team at a fast growing company with excellent product market fit. It’s also a great opportunity for someone who has strong growth marketing acquisition experience and is interested in taking on leadership opportunities that spans both Growth marketing and product

You Will

    • Be the foundational role on a strategic team
    • Lead the overall strategy for Growth Acquisition
    • Lead the strategic vision and execution of our marketing website
    • Drive and own key Growth metrics centered on signups and top of funnel
    • Create a multi-year roadmap to supercharge acquisition
    • Be part of a leading company with high standards, and help us push the Growth team to the next level

You Have

    • Extensive experience growing top of funnel, particularly for technical or B2C audiences
    • A concrete track record of understanding persona segments and offering relevant experiences that drive engagement
    • High comfort in developing acquisition strategy from scratch, and are able to identify clear paths forward with minimal guidance
    • Familiarity with standard performance marketing channels
    • The ability to attract and lead strong talent
    • High empathy with developers and understanding of how to meet them where they are
