Using a product-led growth approach, you will solidify our position as the preferred subscription management solution for startup organizations. Your team will help customers adopt and expand their use of Chargebee’s subscription management and billing solutions through a self-serve model. You will be responsible for identifying roadblocks to adoption, continually improving the customer experience, and experimenting with and implementing the most effective feature packaging. You will build community and advocacy, develop our partnership ecosystem, and position Chargebee as an expert and thought leader in building a successful startup.
Your success will be measured by driving adoption, usage, expansion, and market share among startups. Through your efforts, Chargebee will become an essential partner to startups around the world.
Hire, develop, and lead a cross-functional team of developers, product managers, community managers, onboarding consultants, and marketers.
Build effective collaboration with teams from across the company to spread the product-led culture.
Deeply understand the startup community, culture, and its product needs. Serve as the internal guru for all things startup related.
Build deeper relationships with Accelerators and Incubators across the world to make Chargebee their default billing platform for their promising startups.
Identify and support partnerships with other organizations, such as third party software providers, cloud providers, and payment processors, to increase awareness and adoption of Chargebee.
Working with the marketing team, driving successful acquisition of new users for Chargebee through digital, self-serve channels.
Create rapid feedback, test, and learn cycles to continually improve the in-product experience, and increase adoption and product usage for startups.
Build a startup centric community that encourages communal support, establishes Chargebee as a valued partner, and provides opportunities for advocacy.
Serve as a spokesperson for our startup expertise and product led growth. Work with the marketing communications team to establish Chargebee’s expertise through media, speaking engagements, podcasts, social channels and influencers.
Champion startup product needs with our development team.
Create effective communications across our website, collateral and marketing programs to attract startups, enable them to self-serve through the buyer’s journey, and to be successful with our products.
