What Is Employee Growth Rate & Why Is It Important?

Tackle.io enables enterprise software companies to accelerate the use of Cloud Marketplaces like AWS, Azure and Google. Our vision is to transform the way software is bought and sold with a laser focus on helping customers build and drive significant channels of revenue through the Cloud Marketplaces.
 
We are seeking a Director / Senior Manager of Alliances who can help us identify, cultivate and grow high-value relationships with Cloud Marketplace providers.  The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building differentiated relationships resulting in both technology innovation and business success.

Your Day:

    • Manage the partnership with Cloud Providers across go-to-market and service integration strategies to drive 100%+ ARR growth.
    • Establish preferred relationships from senior leadership, the field organization, partner organizations, the marketplace team, and relevant service teams.
    • Be a master of co-sell motions and share that knowledge with our customers to accelerate sales success on the Marketplace.
    • Work collaboratively with Tackle’s sales and customer success organizations to ensure we are aligned with cloud partner  priorities and those of its ISV ecosystem.
    • Partner with the Tackle product organization to align with partner roadmaps.
    • Lead a quarterly executive alignment between companies to ensure tactical and strategic execution.
    • Drive for use cases from Tackle customers and tap into the marketing machine at the cloud provider for broad promotion.

You Have:

    • 5+ years of sales and/or alliances experience within fast-paced and transactional environments preferred.
    • Experience working with one or more of the major Cloud Marketplaces (AWS, Azure, GCP).
    • First-hand experience of SaaS and enterprise software start-ups.
    • Well organized with very strong time management skills.
    • History of over achievement and references from people telling us we’d be silly not to hire you.
    • Technologically adept and business acumen-focused, with outstanding communication (written and oral) and presentation skills.
