ContentFly (YC W21) is one of the fastest growing B2B startups in the world. Building the Mailchimp for Content Marketing, we’ve grown to nearly $4m ARR in a year with a small team, no sales or dedicated marketing. We just closed a $10m Series A with Tier 1 funds like Khosla Ventures & YCombinator.

To keep up with the demands of a hypergrowth company, we’re hiring an Executive/Special Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate is somebody early in their career looking to learn the ropes of building a 7 figure company from the ground up. Someone who’s ambitious, yet ready and willing to learn and pay their dues.

If you’re a Type A, top performer early in your career, we should talk. This role will eventually promote into a Chief of Staff role, playing a critical role in one of the fastest growing startups in the world.

As the CEO’s Executive Assistant, you will:

  • Support the CEO’s daily communication with team members, investors, customers, and business partners
  • Calendar management, email correspondence, presentation and talking-point preparation, and event planning
  • Coordinate meetings, create agendas, take detailed notes, follow-up on action items, and ensure outcomes are met
  • Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all deadlines are met
  • Lead various ad-hoc projects related to operations, product, marketing, and sales (this may require data entry and analysis)
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and organizational effectiveness
