Required Knowledge and Skills:

Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Minimum 8 years proven track record as Program Manager and Service Delivery Lead for complex, large scale Managed Service programs, preferably in a global delivery model with an outside-in approach to service delivery and measurement of success from client’s point of view;
  • Establishes and manages QA & Validation organizational structures & processes that are efficient, support the business needs and are in alignment with company’s Quality and Risk policies and guidelines;
  • Demonstrates experience in conducting independent assessment of identified risks and ensuring alignment across client expectations, contract, data security, financials, solution, and capability to deliver;
  • Demonstrates experience in ensuring that Service Contracts and Financials are in alignment with client expectations and have healthy deal economics at various stages of procurement process and service delivery;
  • Ensures appropriate Solution Contingencies are included at the deal level based on the identified risks, service group, type of work and contract type;
  • Assesses the overall health of Client Data Protection planning and execution for the Managed Services contract. Responsible for completing the Client Data Protection evaluation as part of the independent risk assessment; and,
  • Provides leadership inputs, guidances and best practices on various aspects of Managed Services delivery.

  • Monitors new developments and industry best practices to incorporate into Managed Services Delivery and actively and enthusiastically promotes the creative use of information technology to improve innovation, productivity, quality and to enhance customer satisfaction;
  • Builds operational relationships with vendor partners that are mutually beneficial to the fulfillment of contract, and has vested interest in working together toward mutually agreed-upon outcomes;
  • Directs, mentors staff in area of responsibility with an emphasis on talent management and planning in accordance with company strategic direction; and,
  • Demonstrates detail-oriented and proven analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively plan and direct multiple projects.
