Infinite Games is looking for a Graphic Designer for METALCORE with a strong background in the entertainment and/or gaming industry to join our expanding decentralised team. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Graphic Designer will be an important creative role in the continued growth of the MetalCore brand globally. This person will work with the Marketing and Production teams to provide Brand support to help grow their respective businesses.

The Graphic Designer position will oversee the development and execution of the creative for the entire MetalCore brand across all areas with the goal of entertaining, engaging, and educating new and existing audiences worldwide. The role will require experience in consumer products design, trend research, trend board design, online assets for marketing and digital content delivery network portals. This role will interface closely with teams across multiple different time zones.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and developing compelling consumer products, licensing assets, Digital games assets, researching and creating trend guides. This role includes creating communication materials in digital and printed media while working in a fast-paced environment.


In this role the Designer will frequently be tasked with delivering multiple creative solutions to support the MetalCore Team, while partnering closely with other Designers, marketing team, external creative agencies as well as licensees and first party portal.



  • Work closely with the Marketing Director and the marketing department in the development of creative assets, ensuring alignment of brand and design vision for the IP.
  • Being creative in the execution of licensing trends and seasonal guides as well as product concept designs, and marketing materials: printed material, emails, display banners, social media assets, seasonal campaigns and sales, booth designs for events, website assets, presentation deck and more.
  • Provide constructive feedback to the in-house creative team and external contract media experts: creative agencies, illustrators, graphic designers, and licensees and print vendors.
  • Create brand guidelines and concept decks for MetalCore IP product lines, marketing, and social content.
  • Provide full creative support to large-scale events, booth and large display design, promotional items, and print/online advertising.
  • Develops creative assets for campaigns across multiple areas of the business.
  • Delivers assets to internal partner organisations and external partners when necessary.
  • You will be responsible for maintaining full awareness of all aspects of the creative process from concept to approval. You will work closely within the Dept to make sure brand standards and deadlines are met, and things keep moving in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Join design activities such as brainstorming and research sessions to support ongoing creative needs and brand development.
  • Mentor designers with instructional technique demonstrations, encourage questions, give shout-outs for awesome work, and be willing to jump in and lead by example.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of creative templates and workflows to improve productivity across the creative team.
  • Travel as necessary to meet project needs and attend industry related events.


  • Minimum 3-5+ years of hands-on brand and licensing/consumer product/packaging/graphic design experience.
  • Experience in the entertainment and/or gaming space would be highly preferred.
  • Should have agency side and or client-side experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe products or other relevant applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong conceptual design skills, trend guide, and design strategy experience.
  • 360 brand design experience (i.e., print, colour processing, physical, digital).
  • Extraordinary design taste and expertise with an excellent sense of design trends.
  • Illustration skills are highly preferred.
  • Systems design thinker.

  • Ability to multitask. Excellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlines.
  • Interest and understanding of gaming, anime, entertainment, toys, marketing & advertising trends of current media landscape, and how people engage with advertising.
  • The candidate should have a demonstrated ability to work on multiple projects at the same time. Creativity, critical thinking, business understanding, communication, organisational skills, and advanced design strategy and technical skills are all required. You must be able to self-organise and handle a large volume of work.
