Mosaic is looking for an Operations Manager to join our growing GTM team to help build and craft our operations strategy. This is an opportunity to build upon our robust GTM tech stack that touches every member of our go-to-market teams (sales, marketing, and customer success). Make your mark – and shape how our teams operate.


    • Work with our growth team to build, test, and deploy scalable processes and automation across our GTM team.
    • Collaborate with our sales leadership to bring new sales processes to our GTM ecosystem.
    • Partner with our strategy team to surface data and insights from all GTM team.
    • Grow our automation efforts by bringing new workflows online and by stress-testing our existing workflows to ensure they can scale alongside our growing team.
    • Assess all GTM tooling and provide recommendations on adoption and reporting improvements across our platforms.
    • Bring new data systems online and ensure our CRMs are updated timely and consistently and can serve as our source of truth for GTM team.
    • Help build meaningful reporting dashboards in Salesforce and HubSpot to ensure all teams have visibility into the data that matters the most.


    • 4+ years of experience in an operations role (sales, revenue, or marketing) at a B2B SaaS company (finance or finance-related SaaS is a plus).
    • At least 2+ years working with the Salesforce platform including best practices behind automation, record configuration, and integrations–certifications strongly preferred.
    • Strong understanding of sales best practices and processes.
    • Experience using HubSpot for marketing and sales automation–certifications strongly preferred.
    • Strong technical skills including a robust technical background with various sales and marketing tools.
    • Experience with or basic understanding of database/system architecture is a plus.
    • Strong attention to detail with the ability to understand complex systems.
    • Experience in a startup environment demonstrated a track record of success with limited resources.
    • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial.
    • Robust working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and ability to work with large datasets to extract, transform, and load data into various systems.
