We are growing very quickly and are now seeking an Head of European Operations to lead European Operations through the next phase of growth. Our Head of European Operations will drive excellence, facilitate growth at scale and work alongside both our internal teams and external partners, including our customer experience (CX) and science operations (SciOps) teams.

As our Head of European Operations, you will:

    • Overall accountability for Chronomics’ operational delivery including: supply chain operations, logistics, and partner SLA ownership.
    • Accountability for our continuous Europe-wide expansion working closely with our supply side partners and supply chain.
    • Accountability for developing and maintaining operational levels through KPIs, working closely with internal teams and partners to ensure that we meet these requirements.
    • Responsibility for developing operations budget and defining staff projections to support growth.
    • Responsibility for ensuring legal, quality and regulatory compliance (UKCA, CE, ISO13485 etc) on all products across all owned geographies.
    • Driving continuous improvement to enable cost and service improvements.
    • Owning project-related initiatives to deliver for our B2B partners in a cross-functional setting.
    • Owning the roll out of new products and integration of these into existing tech-infrastructure.

Accountable for risk management as it applies to our operations.


You will be set up for success if you have:

  • Leadership experience running operations in a growth stage environment.
  • Experience in developing and setting up operations across multiple geographies in Europe.
  • Experience in leading and working within cross-functional initiatives.
  • Experience working in an outsourced operations environment e.g. with 3PLs and other operations partners.
  • Great people management skills with a track record of managing and developing talent.
  • Able to travel
