We’re looking for an energetic and enthusiastic head of growth marketing. We emphasize “head of” because we’re not just looking for a contributor, but someone who can and wants to own the growth marketing function. You have ideas and opinions on what we should be doing to achieve our objectives and equally thoughts on what we should not be doing. You see where we are today, where we want to be, and can set a path to achieve that.

You’ll be entering an ideal circumstance. We have a truly differentiated product that is unlike anything else in the cybersecurity space. We have a killer sales team, strong brand and product marketing partners, and visionary leadership. The thing that’s missing? The person to lead the growth marketing function to help our company grow and scale.

This individual will report into the VP of marketing. You’ll work closely with the VP on objectives and strategy, but will have responsibility and autonomy in bringing it to life.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own the demand generation function to produce qualified net new leads through digital and email marketing, social media, webinars, ABM campaigns and A/B testing as indicated by multiple user behavior data points – from strategy through operations.
  • Create and optimize impactful nurture campaigns at each buyer’s stage to improve conversion rates.
  • Accountable for converting targeted prospects through calls-to-action, landing pages and content offers.
  • Own measurement, reporting, benchmarking. Contribute to development of objectives and KPIs.
  • Work closely with product marketing, brand marketing, and creatives in creation of content
  • Run and promote live webinars and other digital events.
  • Play an active role in driving growth in a winning, team-oriented, hyper-responsive culture.


  • 7+ years extensive experience developing and implementing creative enterprise-level demand generation programs and social media management with pipeline targets in a high growth IT Security or SaaS company.
  • Demonstrated ability to map out a comprehensive growth marketing plan.
  • Excellent analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data, generate insights and translate findings into actions.
  • Focused energy on infusing creative ideas into digital campaigns and social posts.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to think strategically at high-level and simultaneously willing to roll up your sleeves and do the work.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and shift workload to meet deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication skills.


  • A deep understanding of the cybersecurity industry.
  • First-hand experience working with Hubspot.
  • Contributions to our “pets – furry and otherwise” slack channel.
