The Path Forward Return to Work program at Arista Networks is a 16-week paid returnship for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. Job Description

The HR Project Lead will lead and support impactful projects in support of Arista’s major strategic business and HR initiatives.  You will be empowered to take on interesting HR challenges that will allow you to increase and broaden your skills and confidence in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace. 

  • Candidates, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and consistent, high-quality work to improve our employee experiences
  • Work cross-functionally within the HR team and across Arista as needed to resolve employee issues, develop programs and policies, or improve processes.
  • Partner with key stakeholders and internal partners to ensure HR programs, processes and policies are aligned with and deliver on their needs.
  • Document and help evolve Arista’s people processes, taking a data-driven approach to suggest and implement opportunities to improve, automate, or innovate on how we work.

  Basic Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or any equivalent combination of experience and training
  • Proficient in MS Office programs such as Powerpoint and Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Proven project management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, competing objectives and change in a dynamic environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior high-tech industry experience 
  • Experience working with cross-functional, global teams

The role is open to remote candidates. Employees at or near one of the Arista Networks  office locations will have the option to (and will be encouraged to) go into the office as needed
