About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Sales Executive based in the Seattle area to add to our talented team of professionals. People who succeed at HeadSpin have a sense of urgency, a lot of initiative, a commitment to customer success, and enthusiasm about pushing the edge… as well as a sense of humor. What You'll Do
- You will independently lead large accounts (experience is a must)
- You will grow net new business from ground up and expand existing business
- You’ll lead both RFPs and sole sourced opportunities
- You will manage customer relationships across business, IT and procurement
- You will have a willingness to roll up your sleeves and execute the tactics
- You’ll have exceptional consultative sales, coaching, and client service skills; a willingness to experiment; the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment; and a passion for helping others achieve results
- The ideal candidates will have a strong professional network and be located in the surrounding area as noted above
- Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives
- Establish and manage client relationship with key decision makers
What You Need
- Experience in above for developer technology preferred. If this is not available, then experience in selling technology services (i.e. software development and testing managed services)
- 5 – 10 years of SaaS enterprise sales experience
- 5 – 10 years of overall work experience with 3 – 5 years in account leadership
- Experience at Microsoft , T-Mobile a plus
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Meeting or exceeding targets
