Our Consumer team builds safe and affordable financial services for people, enabling them to transact by sending money to friends and family or paying for goods and services using Meta’s apps. We are looking for a Learning Business Partner who is passionate about driving excellence within our Operations team, specifically within our Compliance Operations team. You will work across key cross functional teams to support the business with product and feature launches along with ensuring that our teammates, both internally and externally are equipped to meet the needs of the business. You will be tasked with developing and delivering an engaging ongoing training experience to our MFT Operations teams.

Learning Business Partner, Compliance Operations, MFT Operations Responsibilities:

  • You are proactive, supporting and collaborating with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Risk and legal advisors and Quality analysts to develop the required compliance domain expertise.
  • You will partner with the internal first and second lines of defence, along with key stakeholders to develop and deliver various training and development programs.
  • Using your experience, you will develop content independently and in collaboration with subject matter experts. You will lead on key business critical programs.
  • You will protect the integrity of the Compliance curriculum by providing the highest standards of regulatory compliance.
  • You will use your strong critical and analytical thinking to optimize the Compliance Learning programs, with a focus on adherence to internal and external regulations, working onƒ key strategic initiatives and ensuring standards are always in place. You will support the Head of Compliance Operations, proactively bringing ideas and tangible actions to improve the Learning experience.
  • You are prudent continuously evaluating the organization needs and evolving operating procedures, training and domain development learning.
  • You are methodical, gathering, analyzing, and utilizing feedback and data to improve the domain learning and development approach and material.
  • You are customer and teammate focused helping to foster a positive experience for new team members. Managing the learning experience for new hires and upskilling existing team members.
  • Leaning on your strong leadership skills you demonstrate an ability to communicate complex domains, systems and processes into simple and easy to understand concepts.
  • You are a generous team player, generous with your time and knowledge, working closely with your peers to ensure the learning experience is frictionless for teammates.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience in content design and creation.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • 5+ experience working in the financial compliance domain as an analyst or a data scientist.
  • Experience in and passion for developing compliance teams as well as training new entrants to the domain.
  • Knowledge of requirements to develop curriculum building and instructional design.
  • Experience communicating with audiences, engaging and influencing stakeholders.
