The Manager of Marketing Strategy is an integral role on the Marketing team contributing to ServiceTitan’s successful expansion into new markets. S/he will help drive highly visible and critical customer acquisition initiatives. The individual has a well-rounded background – including analytic rigor, project management, and a mix of strategic and operational work. S/he will be able to quickly jump in and take day-to-day ownership of key strategic initiatives.

The Marketing Strategy team is the strategic arm of the Marketing organization – responsible for pipeline across key market segments, deep segment knowledge and driving expansion strategy with new customer segments.


What you'll do: 

  • Ideate and lead deep dives / analysis (in collaboration with cross functional partners) into highest priority strategic topics (e.g. market entrance, expansion and leadership strategy)

  • Own pillars of the highest impact initiatives and drive to execution 

  • Drive day-to-day operations and strategic pivots for core marketing strategy initiatives (e.g., outbound, inbound, events, referrals, partnerships, etc.)

  • Support development of Marketing priorities, resource planning, goal setting for projects the individual owns as well as broader marketing team initiatives

  • Develop effective program management techniques and support program management for the highest related marketing initiatives

  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, Post-Sales, Operations, and Finance as a steward of the Marketing and broader Revenue organization priorities

  • Present insights and recommendations to senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to drive decision making


What you'll need:

  • Minimum 4 years of work experience in a combination of high growth tech companies and/or management consulting

  • Functional experience in marketing, operations, product marketing, or market strategy within the SaaS space is preferred

  • Experience conducting quantitative and qualitative analyses (e.g. customer research, customer segmentation strategies, competitive assessments etc.)

  • Ability to distill complex issues into concrete action plans; manage execution; and drive results

  • Energized by ambiguity and dynamic working environments that provide a diverse experience and opportunity to tackle different problems

  • Knows how to balance getting the details right while still moving fast

  • Demonstrated excellence in cross-functional communication, with the ability to simplify and explain complex problems to stakeholders of all levels
